Charity Day Meeting 19th October 2011
Tickets for major raffle have arrived and are on sale at hotel and at all businesses in the heads .
Still need other businesses in Nowra to help sell Tickets.
All Members need to register and take a book of tickets to sell where they can.
The 2nd Prize in the Major raffle, a Hobie kayak from Outdoors & Beyond at Sth Nowra, has arrived and is on display with boat.
Hotel has been consulting with council over road closures ,DA forms ,police and emergency services , neighbours and businesses.
Kids rides have been booked PMP Entertainment
Bands booked so far Ricky Lynch , Cero, Jacky Howlers ,Andy brothers
Garbage collection same as last year
Turf co truck booked for weekend
Pre school to run kids corner and their own cake stall to raise funds for pre school
Clown and fairy to be confirmed at $30 per hour for 4 hours and face painting.
Awesome Trikes confirmed and donated gift voucher of half hour tour.
Apex confirmed to cook BBQ
Donation forms to be given to businesses volunteers needed .
Adam Straney from 2st confirmed as MP on day and Mark Levy 2GB sports editor to also help on day.
VMR boat rides to be confirmed
Bus available from surf club
Col Parish donated the cost of trailer $1500
Horse and cart rides to be confirmed
